Shipping and Returns
Delivery and courier services
Postage will be charged on all packages to a minimum rate of £4.50 for orders in mainland Britain. However, if your order totals more than £30.00, your delivery will be free of charge (This excludes The Channel Isles).
We use Royal Mail as our main courier service.
Next Day Delivery
We also provide a next-day delivery service through Royal Mail and UPS Couriers. Royal Mail Next-day delivery is available for orders placed between Monday to Friday (Unless Monday is a public holiday.
UPS next-day delivery is available for orders placed between Monday to Thursday (Unless Monday is a public holiday.
We reserve the right to increase postage costs to certain postcodes to cover our costs of service.
We are happy to discuss the costs of guaranteed Saturday deliveries on an individual basis.
Please note: delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the Products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of delivery.
How long will my order take?
We always aim to dispatch goods on the same day that they are ordered if the order is received before 2 pm. However, during busy periods dispatch may take up to 3 working days and deliveries can take longer than 5 working days to deliver.
Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. If Monday is a public holiday then the order will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Please note: Goods cannot be delivered on Sundays, public holidays, and during the Christmas & New Year Period as these do not count as working days.
Delivery delays cannot be the responsibility of Proheedeer as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for late, missed, or non-delivered orders as these are carried out by a courier company on our behalf.
Customs and BREXIT
Due to BREXIT, as of the 1st January 2021, there will be changes to VAT/TVA in EU countries.
We will no longer charge VAT on our products for EU countries, but, when purchasing goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. You are also liable for any additional customs clearance charges, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country the goods will travel through and where delivery is to be made.
RETURNS
We want you to feel absolutely confident when purchasing our products from Proheeder, if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with the product and are within the 30 day returns policy, please follow the return instructions below.
- Send the items you want to return to Pedro and Parker Ltd, Unit 20, Sir Frank Whittle BC, Rugby, CV21 3XH. The return of goods will be at your own cost.
- Write or print out your order number and place this inside your parcel. Without this, we won’t know which order the return belongs.
- Once we have received your return, we’ll process your refund.
